The Integra Compliance Line is a "hotline" where you may report law violations or company policy.  Employees may report compliance concerns or suspected violations conveniently and securely using an online reporting form available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employees who wish to report anonymously are encouraged to use this online reporting form.  

Q.  What types of concerns should be reported to the Integra Compliance      Line?

A. Report concerns of wrongdoing related to: 

  • Medicare/Medicaid Fraud and Abuse 
  • Conflicts of Interest 
  • Bribes and Kickbacks 
  • Fraudulent Billing 
  • Privacy of Patient Records (HIPAA) 
  • Other violations of law or company policy.

Q.  What concern should not be referred to the compliance Line?

A.  Compliance Line is NOT to be used to report an immediate threat to a person, property or environment. As outlined in your company safety policies and procedures, these conditions must immediately be reported.
